Our Story
It is with this very hope that we, Arjun and Priya Mehta, brought THE DIAMOWN to the world more than 15 years ago. Jewellery is our passion. Both of us come from generations of jewellers, united by a love for craftsmanship and an uncompromising eye for quality.
For a while, we thought we could escape the lure of jewellery, following a stint at a consultancy firm. But we eventually came back, realising this craft was woven into us at every level — as a marriage, a language, a memory. Everything we ever touched was shaped by diamonds and gold.
Talking with several of our friends, we realised they wanted that same intimacy in a jeweller. So we set out to build Angara to harness the power of creation with the ancient energy of natural gemstones — bringing it closer to every person, every story.
